Blast Resistant Dynatowers supplied to embassy in Middle East.

Dynasystems have been contracted by an embassy within the Middle East to supply and install Dynatowers. This project included rapid installation of four blast and ballistic resistant watch towers to enhance the outer perimeter security of a military encampment. Dynatowers protect key personnel and provide for better observation of key avenues of approach to help with the prevention of explosive attacks.

The embassy required two 10 meter Dynatowers and two 7 meter Dynatowers. Dynatowers are constructed of uniquely formulated high-grade blast proof concrete which enables high levels of blast resistance and protection of personnel. Dynatowers have been tested by the US Government’s Technical Support Working Group (TSWG) as capable of withstanding blasts from nearby Vehicle Borne Improvised Explosive Device (VBIED) threats and provides protection from Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) and against various ballistic threats.

The Dynatower is a blast and ballistic resistant watch tower constructed from precast modular units, each with its own characteristics. The modular tower can be installed quickly and redeployed for use in different operations and applications, offering turn-key solutions for advanced perimeter security. The basic Dynatower can be upgraded with the addition of a variety of equipment such as machine gun mounts, firing ports and air-conditioning units. Rooftop access allows for the installation of other equipment such as automated machine gun mounts, long range scanning devices and networked communications equipment.
Dynatowers have undergone continuous testing and development in live fire exercises to ensure its reliability and personnel safety. These tests have been conducted in accordance with the standards, methods and practices approved by NATO, US Government’s Technical Support Working Group and the UK Ministry of Defence.
